Dr. Blessyl fuses her clinical expertise with dance conditioning and pilates.  She is certified in Stott Pilates Matwork, Fletcher Floorwork, Flecher Towelwork and Fletcher Barrework. Her designed repertoire allows you to work through barre work and matwork using resistance from body weight and small equipment. Pilates is an exercise program that focuses on the core postural muscles that help to keep the body balanced.  Pilates exercises teach awareness of neutral alignment of the spine and strengthen the deep postural muscles which are important to help alleviate and prevent joint injuries.

Pilates is recommended for improved posture, strength, injury prevention, rehabilitation, pre/postnatal fitness and general health and well-being.


Private sessions are available and can be booked in combination with your chiropractic appointment.
