I believe in the importance of addressing the mind body and spirit. I focus on educating about breath and stress management and  prescribe personalized exercise programs via the app Physitrack to each patient.  Private Pilates and Dance Conditioning sessions are also available to those who want one on one coaching.

A biomechanical assessment is a requirement to design conditioning programs.  This assessment is built into chiropractic initial visits, dance health assessments or those looking to build a program for rehabilitation only.

The app, Physitrack is used to communicate with all patients and clients to design a personalized rehabilitative and self-care video program right to your phone or device. It tracks your attendance, pain levels and makes it easy to communicate with me if you require any modifications to your program.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is an exercise program that focuses on the core postural muscles that help to keep the body balanced.  Pilates exercises teach awareness of neutral alignment of the spine and strengthen the deep postural muscles which are important to help alleviate and prevent joint injuries.

Who is this useful for?

The short answer is everyone.

Pilates is recommended for improved posture, strength, injury prevention, rehabilitation, pre/postnatal fitness and general health and well-being.

Private sessions are available and can be booked in combination with your chiropractic appointment.
